now open for Best Practices for the <strong data-start=\"127\" data-end=\"173\">12th National Congress of Public Libraries<\/strong>, to be held in <strong data-start=\"189\" data-end=\"200\">Granada<\/strong> on <strong data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"227\">5, 6 and 7 November<\/strong>, under the theme <strong data-start=\"245\" data-end=\"299\">\u201cPublic libraries: where culture becomes a right.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"561\">All best practice proposals must be sent to the following email address: <strong data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"410\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"376\" data-end=\"408\">congreso.publicas@cultura.gob.es<\/a><\/strong> (opens in a new window) with the subject line: <strong data-start=\"458\" data-end=\"496\">\u201cbuena pr\u00e1ctica para el XII CNBP.\u201d<\/strong><br data-start=\"496\" data-end=\"499\" \/>The deadline for submitting proposals is <strong data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"560\">31 July at 23:59<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"790\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Submissions will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee, which may select them for presentation at the Congress, for publication on the website, or reject them. <strong data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"790\"
