The submission period is now open for Best Practices for the 12th National Congress of Public Libraries, to be held in Granada on 5, 6 and 7 November, under the theme “Public libraries: where culture becomes a right.”

All best practice proposals must be sent to the following email address: congreso.publicas@cultura.gob.es (opens in a new window) with the subject line: “buena práctica para el XII CNBP.”
The deadline for submitting proposals is 31 July at 23:59.

Submissions will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee, which may select them for presentation at the Congress, for publication on the website, or reject them. Acceptance will be communicated in early September.
