The submission period is now open for proposals of scientific papers for the 12th National Congress of Public Libraries, to be held in Granada on 5, 6 and 7 November, under the theme “Public libraries: where culture becomes a right.”

All proposals for papers must be sent to the following email address: congreso.publicas@cultura.gob.es with the subject line: “Comunicación para el XII CNBP.”
The deadline for submitting proposals will be 6 June at 23:59.

The papers received will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee. Acceptance will be communicated within the following two weeks, at which time the submission period for the full text will begin. This will end on 31 July at 23:59, and the presentation guidelines will be provided at the time of acceptance of the abstract.
